A few calm minutes for every classroom
A play based way to teach children the language of feelings, created by a licensed counselor and built to be easy for schools to adopt.

Why schools are looking for this
In 2023 to 2024, 11% of U.S. children ages 3 to 17 had current, diagnosed anxiety, according to the CDC’s National Survey of Children’s Health. Teachers and counselors see it every day, and there are never enough hours or hands.
At the same time, the federal pandemic relief money that paid for many school wellness programs has been running out. Schools need tools that are effective for children and kind to a budget.
What the app gives your school
- Short activities that fit between lessons, in the morning or in a counselor’s small group.
- No reading required, so kindergarten through fifth grade can play.
- A shared language. The Emotional Mind, the Logical Mind and the Wise Mind give children, teachers and families the same words.
- Gentle feedback. No child is made to feel wrong.
- A bridge to home. Children can bring the same skills and characters home to their families.
Our first pilot is in Philadelphia
We are working with a first set of schools and want to hear from counselors, teachers and principals who would like to help shape the program. Pilot programs are low cost or free.
Honest about what we know
The app teaches skills that counselors use with children. We do not claim it treats or cures anxiety, and we do not publish results we cannot back up. As schools use the app, we plan to learn what works and share it openly.
